Fall Family Fun at Wickham Farms:

Fall is the most popular time at Wickham Farms. Our approach is family friendly, without any of the scary stuff you can find at this time of year. We have lots of special attractions and events in the Fall.

Cornfield of Dreams batting cages: The six batting cages includes four baseball pitching machines of various speeds as well as a slow-pitch and a fast-pitch softball pitching machine.

Corn maze: Our corn maze is 2 ½ acres and can be navigated in 30-45 minutes, so it’s perfect for families with younger children. There’s a great lookout bridge, too. The corn maze usually opens in mid-August; if you're coming early in the season, please call to confirm it's open.

Pumpkin Patch: Sure, you can buy pumpkins at the grocery store, but coming to Wickham Farms to pick your perfect pumpkins is where family memories are made. Head out to our u-pick pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin right where it’s grown. Kids can learn that pumpkins grow on long vines! Our pumpkin patch is filled with large orange pumpkins, perfect for painting or carving. If you are looking for hard-to-find heirloom pumpkins, we’ve got lots of choices – white Lumina pumpkins, Long Island Cheese pumpkins, and lots of other pumpkin varieties. These unusual pumpkins, with a range of shapes and colors, will make your fall display unique.

Pumpkin Hut: Our display is filled with carved pumpkins, and it's free to look.

Hayrides: A hayride around the pumpkin patch is fun for the whole family. See if you can spot the homes of the three little pigs. Hayrides run weekends in October.

Main Barn: Come in for apples & cider; fresh, warm donuts (including cider donuts); made-from-scratch cookies; and casual meals. We also have packaged goodies and seasonal gifts!

Miniature Golf: The 18-hole miniature golf course has enough obstacles to make the game interesting -- but is nice and flat for the little ones.

Goats and chickens: Say hi to our friendly farm animals – goats, chickens and a bunny. You can feed them for a quarter. Animals arrive for the season when the weather is warm enough for them to live outside, usually in May.

Photo areas and antique tractor: Climb on our antique tractor. It's perfect for pretending or pictures. Capture your special memories!

Play Set: Kids can play on our sturdy play set from Bears Playgrounds.

Jumping Pillow: The jumping pillow is a blast for young kids and the young at heart.

Kiddie Train Ride: Our kiddie train ride is a big hit with the little ones.

Mums, Cornstalks, Straw Bales, Gourds and Pumpkins: We have Jack O'Lantern, pie, and over 7 different kinds of heirloom & speciality pumpkins.
