The Hulbert House
Boonville, NY 13309
The Hulbert House is a small hotel featuring 10 guest rooms and a bar/restaurant within the walls of a historic 1812 building. A few former residents seem to have stuck around, as the house is ripe with paranormal activity. Guests have reported hearing heavy footsteps as well as children playing when no one was around, being touched by invisible hands, and seeing apparitions. One such ghost is a large man dressed in a Civil War uniform; another is and older woman who interacted with people on the third floor.

Reviews
Walking around town at like 3am. I pass the Hulbert house like a year after it was shut down. I saw something messing with the curtains like pulling them open and close. This was coming from the second floor along with some green light showing.
