This property was constructed in 1910 and served as the home of J.P. Morgan, the financial tycoon. He lived there with his family, including his daugther Alice who eventually died in the mansion due to typhoid fever. There are reports that the spirit of Alice continues to haunt this property as her apparition has been seen and heard walking the corridors and in the attic. Those who have witnessed her haunting sight say she's wearing a long, black dress.
