While it's a catering hall today, it previously served multiple functions including as the home of a wealthy Long Islander, a school, and a summer retreat. Visitors have witnessed ghost figures dressed in clothing of the 1930s. There's also the spirit of a 1930s gangster that can be seen.

    REASEARCHING THE ARCHIVES I FOUND THE DUTCHMAN HUNG OUT AT THE GLENMERE ESTATE IN UP STATE NEW YORK THE TREASURE IS NOW BELIEVED TO BE BURIED AT COINDIR HALL IN LONG ISLANDS. DARK SHADOWS FOR EVER BARNABUS???
