The Owego Restaurant & Pub occupies a historic building dating back to 1867. In addition to serving guests a variety of food and drinks, the restaurant also seems to host a few ghosts. Since the owner discovered a sealed room during renovations strange things have started happening in the building. A phantom dinner bell has begun to chime sporadically, and investigators managed to record a few ghostly voices on a visit.
