Built is a tuberculosis sanatorium, Seaview Hospital served the Staten Island community for many years before closing down and eventually becoming a national historic district. Of the thirty buildings in the area, the former hospital building is said to be the most spiritually active; the spirits of deceased patients allegedly still roam its halls. Though the grounds were left abandoned for many years, a few of the buildings have recently begun reopening giving rise to the new Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center & Home, as well as other community facilities.

Reviews

Seaview is dangerous and haunted.

Do not go to Seaview. My sister and I have been there many times. My sister is into spirits and ghost, she has been to seaview numerous of times. And has gotten hurt and almost attacked by the spirts. The most common one I’ve met also, The Woman in White. Its a white figure who is obviously a female. My sister has brought her to my home, and there has been occasions of her making appearances in my own home before we had to sage it. Its just really bad and haunted, they do not like guests. When you step in its like another dimension, I swear the buildings move.
