The Islip Cinema was formerly known as the Islip Pavilion Theater when it first opened in 1946. Those who have worked there have reported of unusual incidences, including sounds of footsteps and knocking when no one was around. There's also disembodied breathing and heartbeats that have been heard coming from the building.
