Downin Park in Newburgh is said to be haunted by the ghost of a little boy. Locals say the spirit can be seen by the park’s Lake, sobbing, or in the water making bubbles. He is allegedly the spirit of a boy who drowned in the lake, and will scream if he sees children get too close to the water’s edge.
Often take my kids. One Day i was distracted on my phone and heard a loud scream. So i asked my kids who screamed like that. Clueless. .. A body of a 22 year old was found facing down with no signs of foul play This July. I'm sure this park is ?? ??..Posted 10/28/19
