The Auditorium Theater in Rochester has long entertained crowds with live theater and touring shows. It is also said to host a number of ghosts who have made appearances before guests and actors. Patrons have reported seeing strange things moving backstage, and the spirit of an elderly man has also been seen. A second ghost dressed in red has been spotted in the lobby, and many have heard inexplicable voices.

The home was build by the current owners Grandfather and has been in the family for over 50 some what years. Hauntings have been recorded in the home for many years, even outside of the home. During the 80's a family member was having a party in the lower part of the home when a soda bottle with the cap just resting on top slowly slid off the counter and lowered to the floor never dropping the cap. Shadow people have been seen, the children in the house claim to see a large man in there bed room. A ghostly figure was witnessed by two family member just standing in the stairwell. A Ragandy and Ann doll on the wall slowly spun completely around and. A man dressing d like a hill billy has been seen sitting on the porch. Chains have been heard going down the road. Growling dogs inside the home in the ears of sleeping people
