Elmlawn Cemetery is said to have a lot of ghostly activity near the adjacent road. Drivers have seen floating orbs and mysterious lights while driving by, particularly between the hours of midnight and 3 AM. Legend has it that a newlywed bride lost her life after leaving the nearby church; as she was preparing to enter her own wedding carriage another carriage sped on top of her, killing her in the process. Her ghost is now regularly seen trying to cross the street after dark.
