Staff is friendly and accommodating. Took my 4 year old and when she would cry from being scared they would let her know it's just pretend and fist bump her.

Zippy and the guy who walk around with the red coat made our experience so much fun!! We literally stayed an extra hour just to hangout and have snacks and watch them scare everyone including us over and over. I had two younger children with me and they talked about them the whole car ride home! The hayride was excellent and had great theatrics. One of the guys at the end told the kids they could take a pumpkin home & they were thrilled. Today was my son’s birthday party. Perfect end to a great day! Thank you guys! Can’t wait until next year!

This Haunt is a great experience! I'm not young but it scared the heck out of me! I know the owners put a lot of time, effort, hard work, and love into this place to make it as special as it is! The actors are wonderful and do a spectacular job! I haven't made it there this year yet but will do so this weekend. Remember, this is the last weekend so don't miss out on a great thrill ride!

The unpredictability...
ON the wagon...in your face scares were amazing.
The setting for this Hayride, along with the scenes/designs and special effects are so incredible!
Just when your feet were centered back on the ground from the last scare, someone else was jumping out of the shadows, startling the crap out of you.
The Passage was beginning to end startle.. anxiety filled.. fear.. and fun all in one place!
Our group was nearly running to get out, yet laughing hysterically once on the outside!!!
We were still talking about the scenes and scares 2 days later!!
The concession stand was full of the best balance of sweet and savory!
The crowds were enormous!
With that being said, the wait time was minimal.
It didn't feel like we were waiting in lines for a long period of time.
The staff really moved us along.
This is a well thought out and perfectly designed Haunt!
Organized!!
All in all, the layout, the lines, the concessions, and everything in between was so well organized.
UNDERPRICED in my opinion.
So glad to be able to have experienced 13th Hour Rising this year!
Cannot wait until next year!!

In my opinion best for your buck. You get scary you get funny you get in your face clean organized chaos. All haunts are different in their own way but this one stands out above the rest. Well constructed. Well put together. We'll thought we'll. Great staff. And very well executed. All around best place well worth the money. Highly recommend if you have seen it yet and great to revisit as well. Every year there is something new and exciting. See if you can find what's fifteenth every year.

I was so excited to go to this haunted hayride this year, and then they did a thing on Facebook where if you liked and shared the post you could win a free ticket for you and a guest and I won! This attraction is extremely terrifying!! The 25 minute hayride was like a ride from hell!! Utterly horrifying! The attention to detail they had was amazing!! My favorite was the Clown Tunnel at the end!! My family and I had the best screams of our lives here!! I am definitely going back!! Can’t wait to see what next year brings !!

I went as part of a Le Moyne College event and it was great. The hayride and passage were both scary, but super fun. So many people can fit on one ride so you get to see and hear so many different reaction. I definitely would recommend this place for a fun Halloween event!

Went for my first time last night with my daughter Kayla. Everything from the actors to the workers where above and beyond of what is to be expected. The scare factor is a 10 out of 10. The remote location set in the woods is just the beginning of an all around fun time. The scenes flow from one to the next and everything feels like on gigantic “storyline.” The actors do a great job getting involved and showing they love what they do.

This haunt was awesome!! The indoor haunt was just as scary as the haunted hayride. The hayride had a bunch of different stations set up. Each had their own theme. They all were quite scary!! This has got to be the best Haunted Hayride around! The creativity and thought that the owners have put into every scene is mind boggling. Everything is original and the level of detail is unrivaled. The actors are what bring everything together and make it come to life and they help bring you on the adventure to find the 13th Hour. Honestly, the house was more “scary” than the hayride, but still had fun and enjoyed the time spent here. The hayride was cute and bundle deal for both not bad priced! Hayride probably would have been more appealing if family didn’t work there. For anyone else definitely worth going to.

There are two attractions here. The hayride, and the walkthrough. I have only done the hayride, so can only review that fairly.

It lasts around 25 minutes and is a traditional tractor hauling a trailer lined with haybales for seating. It can get chilly out there, so dress for the weather. Although, the flames from their cannons can be a nice little hit of warmth on those chilly fall nights.

The actors do a great job of selling the scenes when they’re present. There are some set pieces, and some fluid scenes that play out along the trail. Fantastic lighting that gets you in the mood rounds out the experience very nicely!

Went on Saturday 15th and had a blast! I am not normally a fan of haunted attractions, but 13th Hour Rising was super exhilarating and had a variety of scares. It’s in a good area for haunts, and the workers keep everything really professional and safe for patrons. You get admission to the hayride and the passage with your ticket, which is a great deal, and they have a lot of good concessions from Ontario Orchards available. It’s really clear that everyone really loves their job and have a passion for scaring. Will go again next year!

My family and I try and go to all the haunted attractions every year. This one has been by far the best this year. Got scared quite a few times and I'm not an easy scare. We have been coming to this attractions for the past couple years and every year they add more, change the scenery so it's never the same. Highly recommend this hayride and haunted house.

A warm indoor waiting area with concessions and not too long of a wait. A large wagon and a decent length ride that as promised, got a chuckle one moment and a scare the next. The opposites make the scares better. Passage was just closed in enough to have a real impact without being hard to move in.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. I went with a group of friends and we all had so much fun! I was very impressed at the production and the commitment of the actors. They did a great job creating a spooky atmosphere and had so many different surprises throughout the whole thing. The costumes were elaborate and super creepy. Sometimes you couldn’t tell if something was a mannequin or a person until they moved, which was extra scary. The scenes looked awesome and were full of detail. It gave me horror video game vibes. There was something everywhere you looked. The staff was also professional and very friendly. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The atmosphere was awesome. There was a slight fog hovering everywhere and off in the distance a full moon. Just a perfect setting for the nights festivities. The haunted house walk through was short however plenty of detail went in to the decorations. The Hayride was my favorite. My wife and 2 tweens enjoyed all of the props and “mobile monsters”. Very interactive..you can tell a lot of thought and preparation went in to this ride. Great time had by all and will be back next year.

Just got back from the haunted hayride and it was the first time I went there but I will definitely be going back next year. The sets and props were amazing. The staff was friendly at check in and snack area. The haunted house was awesome but the hayride was even more terrifyingly fun! You can tell this family run haunted hayride employs people that really love Halloween and making the event be scary and fun. I would not recommend it for the really little ones (under 8) as the actors do get very close, are scary, and even the adults scream. For people that love a good scare it was awesome and worth even more than they charged.

Awesome sets with great attention to detail, different storylines, and monsters who do a great job making you jump. I want to start out by saying this place is amazing! There was 6 of us and my friend Mike had his son and his daughter who has MS and in a wheelchair. He had e mailed 13th hour rising asking if they could accommodate his daughter with her wheel chair. They said Absolutely! When we got there the staff was amazing, They helped Mike’s daughter who is in wheelchair, By lifting her up in to the wagon. She was so excited to be part of the scare. The actors were amazing they did not leave her out of any part. They interacted with her and she loved it. When the actors came on the wagon they would get in her space with the gory makeup and masks. She was so excited, it was a great experience for not only her but all of us. The staff after the ride helped her off the wagon and everyone was so nice! They deserve a huge applause. Her father Mike had reached out to many haunts to see if it would be possible for any haunt to have access with the BIG not Knowing. 13th hour rising reached back out and said absolutely we have great staff to help. So not only was the customer service wonderful but the scares and haunted walk through was Amazing. We where all new to this one and we Highly recommend to get your scare on At this place! Huge shout out to 13th hour Rising! Hands down great place!

First of all, its worth noting that in the era of COVID, few forms of entertainment feel as safe as a Haunted Hayride! HUGE trailers with PLENTY of space to make for a safe and fun haunt.

But what you may feel in safety from COVID, you surely won't feel in regards to safety from these monsters! The scare actors are here for fear! Strategically place, costumed to fit their surroundings, and with props that pop, you WILL jump out of your seat!

The sets themselves are truly beautiful as well. It can be argued that you need to ride more than once just to appreciate the set design and take in the artwork. I found myself wondering if props were actually actors or not!

Clocking in at around 20-25 minutes, this hayride is well worth the price, and if you really want to set the tone, might I suggest playing your favorite Halloween playlist or podcast as you drive through the dense fog-filled backroads- it really is a VIBE!

"The Passage" is also a great way to get your heartrate up before setting foot on the hayride. With additional props, scare actors and animatronics, its scare after scare!

All in all, it shows that the minds behind the ride CARE. The experience is made with you in mind, and from start to finish, its ran professionally and executed perfectly. Already looking forward to my return in 2022. Who's with me?!

the hayride gives you all the feels. it was terrifying but also alot of fun. very impressive! the haunted house was great too! both productions were very well put together. my 7year old loved it, scared during it heart pumpin a few tears of fear but he said it was awesome and wants to go every year now lol. the only thing that threw me off was they say no touching buut u most definitely get touched alot..i eas pulled out of my seat and had my leg cut off with a chainsaw (it was a prop and my leg didnt really get cut) which was fun and really immersed you into the setting. highly recommend!

we went for first time sat and it was very busy. we waited 45 minutes to board a large wagon. they offer food and drinks and even pumpkins. the ride goes through acres of evergreens and that makes for a creepy ride itself. scenes/sets are done well adding props, noises, animatronics and pyro to mess with you senses. the actors do get on the wagon as a way to increase the fear of the riders and to make it interactive. the ending is mayhem and the actors played their roles well like the two witches. we got food after and then went to the passage. tip-we had a group of 4 people. if you have a larger group split up so you all get scared. it's dark, dingy and close quarters and is unsettling being on foot and exposed versus being on the wagon. these actors will get all in your face up close and personal and they don't stop. it can be a little intense at times. they have the ability to hide in plain sight it seems and show up when you least expect it. beware! the actor at the end can deliver one intense scare on his initial hit as he will reappear again. we loved the energy they bring in the passage. this place was fun and the best bang for your buck. go for it.

This is the best place to get totally freaked out!! My husband and I have been to many other places in the area and this is, by far, the best attraction. There's so much going on from the start to the end that I wasn't sure which way to look (or NOT to look)! The Passage was so scary and so much fun too! If you’re looking for a great family friendly Haunted Trail, 13th Hour is the place to go! The actors and all the staff were great with our almost 2 year old son while still keeping it extra creepy for us big kids! The hayride offered some new and exciting things this year. And as always, the indoor concession hit the spot, with Cams Pizza and Ontario Orchards apple cider, caramel & candy apples, plus the delicious cookies! Their photo op area inside is ALWAYS a hit too!

For the past two years I’ve gone with my sorority to 13th Hour Rising for an annual haunted hayride. The owners and employees of this establishment always accommodate for our large group. The hayride itself is the perfect combination of scary and fun. You can tell that a lot of hard work goes into the preparation, maintenance and actual production of the hayride and the maze.
