Seneca Hill, found on Route 57 in Oswego, is home to a rather terrified ghost. Many motorists have reported seeing a woman in her 30’s wearing nightgown running down the hill. She is often seen holding the hand of a girl approximately six years of age. The spirits vanish at the crest of the hill.
