The haunt on this property centers around a person named Mary. There are various stories to what actually happened but they all lead up to her dying from hanging from a tree. So should you come across the spot where Mary died, it is said that you may still see her body hanging from the tree.

There are others who claim if you park your car in front of Mary's house, flash your headlights, honk your horn, and then turn the vehicle off that it won't start when you try to start it up again. And for those who try to take a picture of her tombstone, which is located in the woods behind her house, that it would come out blank.

Those who dare to make a visit have also reportedly hear voice and cold spots in the woods at night.
